Returning derma rollers
Due to the nature of the derma rollers all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products can not be returned as it is illegal to send any goods potentially contaminated with human bodily fluids through the mail.
When contacting us, please provide clear explanation why you wish to have a refund or a replacement. We will send you the return instructions and you should send the package back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returning unwanted products
If you wish to return not wanted products contact us for a product return instructions, used or opened products can not be returned. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.
All customers are responsible for their own cost of returning the shipment of unwanted products, in addition a flat handling fee of 10% per order will be deducted from refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returning wrong needle length or defective item
If you receive a package that is with wrong needle length or defective, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.
We will cover all the costs (only if shipping cost receipt provided with returned goods) of returning the derma roller and re-send the package. Please send your shipping cost receipt with returned products and we’ll compensate the costs for you through PayPal.
We will not issue a refund if the product package has been opened, not in condition that it was first delivered or replaced with components other than the original. We will only be able to issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product.
