Shipping & Delivery

Please note that customs and import policies vary between countries.  Please check your country import policies before placing the order. We will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. We will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.

Our shipping policy reflects the base shipping not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. If you are unsure of your country import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped as Registered Mail and delivered in the buyers country by the national postal service provider. When the package has arrived to receiver’s Post Office, they will issue a notification and the receival of package must be signed.

Worldwide Registered & Insured Shipping is tracked and insured delivery to any address in the world. Every order will be shipped with a a unique shipment Registration Number, so that delivery status is traceable (online tracking depends on buyer country postal service). Tracking numbers are provided when requested only.

If by any chance order is not delivered by Registered Mail in 30 days since the purchase because the items have gotten lost in postal system, we’ll issue a refund or resend the missing items. Worldwide Registered & Insured Shipping  provides you peace of mind about your order with guaranteed delivery.

Shipping Timing

We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday (excl. holidays) within 48 hours from receiving the payment. Most shipments leave within 24 hours of confirmation of payment! Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Please take to consideration that if we are unable to dispatch the goods within 48h we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

How Long Does The Shipping Take?

Within European Union (EU) region all orders are delivered within one week.  All other destinations are delivered within two weeks (due receiver country customs procedures). Please take to consideration, that all delivery times are estimated, and not guaranteed.  Once your order is shipped, its delivery is out of our control.  Please plan accordingly.

Payment Processing

We accept PayPal payments. We have access to a transactions report but no access to full credit card numbers. All transactions are processed in the secure environment of the PayPal.

Collected Information

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Adelor OU web site www.dermarollershop.com. On some pages, you can order products and make requests. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: name, e-mail address, shipping address, date of purchase, etc.

Please note that we never collect any of your credit card information when processing orders. All orders are securely processed by PayPal and we don’t collect any information like your credit card number or similar information about the credit card used.

Information Usage

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Apart from using this information for shipping, we primarily use your personal information such as geographic locality and date purchased to analyze the buying habits of our customers and recognize marketing trends.

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

If you do not want to receive any correspondence from us, please contact us and we will be glad to comply with any requests you have.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such address may also be used to notify you about our web site updates or special offers. Your email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Returns & Replacements

Returning derma rollers

Due to the nature of the derma rollers all returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were delivered. Used or opened products can not be returned as it is illegal to send any goods potentially contaminated with human bodily fluids through the mail.

When contacting us, please provide clear explanation why you wish to have a refund or a replacement. We will send you the return instructions and you should send the package back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returning unwanted products

If you wish to return not wanted products contact us for a product return instructions, used or opened products can not be returned. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.

All customers are responsible for their own cost of returning the shipment of unwanted products, in addition a flat handling fee of 10% per order will be deducted from refund.

Returning wrong needle length or defective item

If you receive a package that is with wrong needle length or defective, we will provide you with a full refund or send a replacement. You have 14 days from the date you received the goods in which to contact us to apply for product return.

We will cover all the costs (only if shipping cost receipt provided with returned goods) of returning the  derma roller and re-send the package. Please send your shipping cost receipt with returned products and we’ll compensate the costs for you through PayPal.


We will not issue a refund if the product package has been opened, not in condition that it was first delivered or replaced with components other than the original. We will only be able to issue a refund to the original purchaser of the product.
